ORGANIC WASTE

WINE desgorjats reused to obtain two main vinous products:

- Mellow wine of Champagne

- Wine Agres: Dulce De Cava

GEOTERMICA

Our cellars are donw for to take advantage of cool in summer and warm in winter

INSULATION

- We cover insulated with polyurethane expanded warehouse, to minimize the impact of the sun's heat, and low temperatures of winter.

- The depth of aparets gruxúria and provides a natural insulation.



CONSUMER KM 0

We have a vegetable garden where we obtain:

- Vegetables (tomatoes, potatoes, beans, onions, artichokes, beans etc..)

- Fruit (cherries, plums, figs, loquat, apricot, grapes, olives)

- Oil



The emission of CO2 by shipping our products around Barcelona and Metropolitan Area is minimal due to CLOSE

WATER SAVING

Our own sources of water for watering the garden and the garden, with:

- Accumulation of ponds

- Tanks old

- Well



CARBON NEUTRAL

We planted trees and gardens to balance the CO2 emissions resulting from combustion of gasoline, and electricity consumption, both in the yard CAL KING, such as in the garden in your own garden.



ABONOS

COMPOUND

- All the organic matter obtained by mowing and pruning, builds on an old rubbish tip by

- Natural fertilizer.



RECYCLING

Many of the boxes of wine and champagne, are the result of the reuse of the same.

In this line, we have adhered to the Declaration of 09-06-2011.
