TASTING: This Rosé cava was made of an indigenous grape variety named TREPAT. First you get surprised with its beautiful red cherry colour with small bubbles forming a very fine rosary and a persistent crown. Its aroma is powerful, with notes of red berries, strawberries and raspberries dancing the dance of summer. On the palate it is fruity, wide bodied, well balanced in sweet and sour sensations, giving even more flavor to the fruit, without being strident. It is very persistent, and leaves fresh fruit aftertaste that persists in time.
recomMENDATIONS: Store in a vertical position in its case. Keep in a dry, cool and dark location. As a Gran Reserva, I recommend serving it at between 4-7ºC
PAIRING FOOD: Few wines have the body of a pink cava. Some tanic  and slightly harsh notes, are softened with a slight sweetness that harmonises to be tasted, especially with paella, pasta and macaroni. As for me it is ideal for snacks as we enjoy it in my family. And we also finish lunch with it,  combining it with fruit desserts, ice cream or cakes. And, of course at any time of day, because it  never leaves you indifferent.
special: Special because we've added a thermometer on the back label that will indicate the ideal temperature of the cava to  served it.
Special, because it is made of our local grape type.
