winemaker taste: Good very fine bubbles with detachment, is leaving a very pale yellow with greenish notes. The nose is very floral and fruity: notes of apple and peach and tropical fruit, pineapple and citrus notes with a banana. In the mouth is sweet, creamy and full bodied with some acidity very balanced with sweetness, that gives freshness and vivacity. Aging as a Reserva gives sensations that persist over time.
recommendations: Store in a vertical position in its case. Keep in a dry, cool and dark location. As a Reserva, I prefer serve it at between 6-8 ºC.
pairing food: It is the more modern and fashion and a the same time classical cava. As a Reserva cava, the semi dry is suitable with cakes and confectionery, to be consumed on an everyday as well as to celebrate long-standing traditions: Birthdays, Weddings, Christmas, and New Year.
No occasion would be complete without it.
