TASTING NOTES: The prime feature is its persistent strand of  small bubbles. The colour is very pale with green notes. The nose is very floral and fluity: notes of apple and peach and tropical fruit, pineapple and citrus notes with a banana. In the mouth is very dry and cool, creamy and full bodied with some acidity that gives freshness and vivacity.

FOOD PAIRING: The Xarel.lo’s body and the some part of barrel, gives structure and inusual intensity to this cava. Cava special for gastronomy.

WINEMAKER recoMmENDATions: Store in a vertical position in its case. Keep in a dry, cool and dark location. I prefer serve it at between 4-7 ºC.
