TASTING: A very good release of finest bubbles. It is yellow with brigth hints of green. It has a very unusual aroma frutty aroma with notes of apple, peach and tropical fruit such as pineapple citrics. It is very dry and cool but with notes of vintage Gran Reserva, with great amplitude, well-balanced. The elegant aftertaste persists over time
recomMENDATIONS: Store in a vertical position in its case. Keep in a dry, cool and dark location. As a Gran Reserva, I recommend serving it at between 5-8 ºC.
PAIRING FOOD: As a Gran Reserva cava, it is good for any occasion. It is appropriate for the new kitchen complex dishes, such as fish or sea bass or seafood, as well as  meat such as rostbeef or even poultry in the oven. It is also perfect with pasta, rice or good bread with tomatoes.
